on Wednesday, January 28, 2003, at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of

Hearing the following Appeal:

1. Appeal No. 2004-1, Airport Centre, L.P., 4281 Ramer Road, Emmaus, PA 18049 hereby requests a variance from the requirements of Section Z-402.5 of the Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance relating to the use proposed. Applicant proposes the construction of a Dunkin Donuts (with drive thru) on property situated on the south side of Lloyd Street, part of Airport Centre, L.P.

The property in question is situated in the Planned Industrial Office (PIO) Zoning District .

ALL APPLICANTS MUST APPEAR AT THIS HEARING.
