Sherwood Ball Field is located at the end of Sherwood Street - 1915 Sherwood Street - Allentown, PA

This location includes one baseball/softball field.

How do I reserve Sherwood Ball Field?
Fees

• For a residential single use, there is No Fee plus a $250.00 refundable Security Deposit paid in cash or check/money order. Single use fee for non-residents is $100.00 plus a $250.00 refundable Security Deposit paid in cash or two separate checks or money orders for $100.00 and $250.00, respectively. The seasonal fee (leagues) for usage of Sherwood Park Ball Field is $250.00 plus a $500.00 refundable Security Deposit paid in cash or two separate checks or money orders for $250.00 and $500.00, respectively.
• Little League ball field reservation is no fee plus a $300.00 Security Deposit paid in cash, check or money order.
  
  

Steps for Reserving Sherwood Ball Field

1. You MUST first check our Park Reservations Calendar for ballfield availability.
   
   
2. If ballfield is available, complete the Park Facilities Rental Application below to reserve your date.

By filling out and submitting this form to mwehr@hanleco.org, your date is ON HOLD for one week giving you time to complete the next steps in the reservation process.

1. Complete this form. Save it to your computer.
2. You can email the form to hanovertwprec@gmail.com to hold the date,or
3. Mail it to the Township Office with your fee and security payments.
4. If we do not receive the fee & security payments within ONE WEEK, the date will become open and may be reserved by anyone who submits the forms & money needed to reserve the ballfield.
5. If one week passes and you do not have your application and payment into the Township Office, you must call the Township Office again to check for pavilion availability for your date and start the process over again.

NOTE: Little Leagues have first preference for ball field dates. Also, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED for ball field reservations.
